Suffolk is the ideal place for a walk or cycle ride. The gently rolling countryside means there are no steep slopes, just inviting rural roads and paths waiting to be explored.
There is an impressive network of promoted walking routes in the county, all waymarked to make them easy to follow. For instance the Angles Way footpath runs along the border of Norfolk and Suffolk in the beautiful Waveney Valley and there are shorter circular routes off this path to discover the quiet countryside and attractive villages of this unspoilt area. And there are many other walks both long and short to discover.
